He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clinton and Velma May Matthews (Wright); and his wife Donna Frazier Matthews. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Gasper (Randy) of Borden Indiana, Kevin Matthews (Velinda) of Dalhart, Markus Matthews of Dalhart and Lawana Hey (Roger) of Dalhart; and his brothers, Bob Matthews (Vicki) of Dalhart and Don Matthews (Wanda) of Dalhart. He is also survived by Twelve grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many friends.
