He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Johnson and Evelyn Johnson; and his siblings, Cecil Calvin Johnson Jr. and Sydney Bass. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Johnson of Dalhart; his children, Yvonne Artho (Louis) of Dalhart, Valerie Ridenour (Richard) of Amarillo and Cecil Johnson of Dalhart; and his grandchildren, Jeff Artho (Erica), Gary Artho (Keela), Keith Artho (Jaclyn), Abby Craft (Sean), Sarah McWhorter (Austin), Seth Ridenour, Ben Artho (Taryn) and Rebecca Artho (Victor Traves).
Memorials may be made to the building fund at Central United Methodist Church.
