The lying in state will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Horizon Funeral Home (701 Elm Ave, Dalhart, TX 79022). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1000 E 16th St, Dalhart, TX 79022).
