She was predeceased by: her parents, George R. Hook and Bertha Hook; and her husband Louis P. Cleavinger. She is survived by: her children, Arthur Cleavinger of Dalhart, Linda (Richard Perry) of Washington and Nancy (Bob Meyer) of Washington. She is also survived by three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (Dalhart City Cemetery) (302 Cherry Ave, Dalhart, TX 79022).
