He was predeceased by: his parents, Adalio Gonzalez and Apolonia Gonzalez; and his son-in-law James Harris. He is survived by: his wife Bertha of Dalhart; his children, Marti Harris of Dalhart, Jesus Gonzales, Jr. (Dianna) of Arlington, Hugo Gonzalez (Jennifer) of Ft Worth, Mayra Gonzales (Chuck Webb) of Arlington, Ayda Gonzalez of Dalhart, Eduardo Azarte (Lily) of Garden City, KS and Denise Chacon (Aaron) of Dalhart; and his sister Refugia Gonzalez. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
