She was predeceased by: her parents, Atticus Middlebrooks and Maggie Lee Middlebrooks (Harper); and her husband Jack Lang of Dalhart. She is survived by: her sons, David of Dallas and Jarrell of Dalhart, Texas; and her sister Barbara Gaston of Bonham, Texas. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to First Christian Church, the National Breast Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
