He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Jo Ayotte of Arlington, TX; his sons, Bart Cadenhead of Amarillo, TX, Jimmy Cadenhead (Valerie) and Bret Cadenhead (Kathy) of Lubbock, TX; and his grandchildren, Trae Cadenhead of Austin, TX, Tyson Cadenhead of Murfreesboro, TN, Katie Wallace, Kayse White of Lubbock, TX, Tori Workman of Fate, TX, Kezi Salas of Wheeler, TX, Whitley Yi of Weatherford, TX, Tristan Meier of Gahanna, OH, Kodie Cadenhead of Celina, TX and Karly Cadenhead of Weatherford, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
