He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Handley (John); his wife Jeannette Bartsch Taylor; his grandchildren, Amber Fondren (Sundai Branch) of Lockhart, TX., Megan Fondren of Lockhart, TX., Camryn Fondren of Lockhart, TX. and Colten Handley of Lockhart, TX.; his siblings, Tommy Taylor (Becky) of Liberty Hill, TX and Janice Grohman of Rockne, TX.; his siblings-in-law, Mary Alexander, Helen Neel, Kris Garcia (Victor), Herbert Bartsch (Shirley), James Bartsch, Ronald Bartsch and Jerry Bartsch; and his great grandchildren, Halo Branch, Sundai Branch and Koda Branch. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
