She is survived by: her parents, Martin August and Rosemary Mendez August; her spouse Abrieana Ellis; her son Amenadiel Ryan Mendez; her siblings, Jose Mendez Reyes, Leonardo Mendez Reyes, Amanda Mendez, Erica Marie Mendez (Gerardo) and Esmeralda Mendez (Scott); her aunt Lourdes Perales (Cristian); her uncle Rogelio Gorostiza Jr. (Raquel); and her cousins, Alondra Pena, Liliana Pena, Chris Perales, Benjamin Perales and Daniel Perez.
