She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Mayfield and Florence Mayfield; her husband Terrell Barnes Hellums (Tater); her siblings, Eva Lee Reese, C. D. Mayfield, Jr., John Robert Mayfield, Joe Mayfield, Ernest Mayfield and Florence Mayfield; and her daughter-in-law Priscilla Hellums.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Lynn Hellums and Joyce Kay Witter (James); her grandchildren, Heath Rucker (Shelley), Becky Hendricks (Mark), Mark Hellums (Michelle) and Dawn Wibben (Greg); her great grandchildren, Coy Rucker, Madelynn Rucker, Alex Hendricks, Taylor Hellums, Isabelle Wibben, Eli Wibben and Tinlee Rose Rucker; and also Rose Martinez.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the American Heart Association.
