He was predeceased by: his parents, Nell Reed and Knox Reed; his brother Kenneth Reed; and his nieces, Karen Oney and Terri Gaw.
He is survived by: his wife Dale Reed; his daughter Kimberly; his children-in-law, Joe Knox, Jeanie, Reese and Ronna; and his brother Ken.
In lieu of flowers, Jerry did NOT want a big funeral or flowers, but a private graveside service.
