He is survived by: his brother Rangers of Texas; and his cousins, Patsy McCall (John), Ross Roberts (Carol), Beverly Roberts Patterson, Carol Boer, Kevin Konecny (Teresa), Kerry Konecny (Sheli) and Tracy Crow (Carl). He is also survived by friends and Freemason brothers.
