It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles R. Mitchell of Dale, Texas, who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Audrey Ellis and Walterene Leonard Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Deane Mitchell; his daughters, Sheryl Mitchell and Robyn Torres (Aurelio); his grandchildren, Katie Castillo, Simon Castillo Jr., A. J. Torres, Eric Torres, Christian Torres and Skyler Tumlinson; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Sophia, Jaxen, Emilia and Rainey.
