He is survived by: his sister Brenda Price; his grandchildren, Bella Shank and Briggs Shank; his wife Charlotte Price; his children, Carl Price (Jennifer) of Batson, Keith Price (Tiffani) of Montgomery, TX, Ethan Price (Brianne) of Batson, TX, Andrew Grimm (Katie) of Myersville, MD, Erin Shank (Brandon) of Waynesboro, PA and Stephanie Savage (Billy) of Keymar, MD; his siblings, Roderick Rials (Linda) of Mauricevile, Mary Downing of League City, TX and Ginger Stewart (Rod) of Del Valle; and his grandchildren, Jason Savage, Eden Shank, Paige Shank, Landon Shank, Logan Soto, Peyton Soto, Avery Price, Barrett Price, Brooklynn Howell, AJ Price, Bella Price and Izaac Price.
