It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Young of Daingerfield, Texas, born in James, Texas, who passed away on February 1, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ranzo Field and Susie Field (Mae); his son James Young; and his brother Ranzo Young, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Minnie King; his daughter Teresa Young of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; his grandchildren, Niketa Wilder (Ben), James Wilder (Amanda), Akeem Young, Akilay Young, Jamietris Simpson, Isaiah, Desiree and Elijah Avila; his great grandchildren, Nakalay Williams, Marisa, James Jr. and Minna Wilder; his great great grandchild Tamara Ivory; and his close friend Mark Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
