He was predeceased by: his sister Ramona Howard. He is survived by: his wife Mary Cutrell of Lone Star; his children, William Douglas Cutrell (Chong Kee Tan) of Salem Oregon, Edward Bryan Cutrell (Paige) of Seattle and Clarrissa Cutrell (Gabriel Velasco) of Boulder; and his sister Sherry Higgins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
