He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Price and Ardell Headrick; his brother Perry Paul Headrick; and his grandson Price Bockmon. He is survived by: his wife Lois Headrick of Lone Star; his children, Madalyn, Homer May of Coatesville, Bubba, Bethany Headrick of Longview, Cindy, Danny Bockmon of Daingerfield, Tracey and Nick Salter of Sulphur; and his grandchildren, Geoffrey, Trisha May, Heather May, Brian Verna, Toby, Shawn Utermohlen, Leslie Headrick, Landon, Tiffany Headrick, Allison, James Duke, April Bardwell, Mark Nigro and Clair Bardwell. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
