He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Harrell and Artis Rumsey Harrell; his wife Beatrice Harrell; his sons, Waymon Harrell and Danny Harrell; his grandsons, Jimmy Harrell and Clayton Harrell; and his siblings, Sybil Baldwin and Wendell Harrell.
He is survived by: his son Wayne Harrell of Depew, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Shane Harrell, Scott Harrell, Josh Harrell, Justin Harrell, Joseph Harrell, Danny Harrell, Kayla Ragland, Crissa Mayberry, Brittany Donaldson and Ashley Harrell; and his siblings, Melba Williams and Bobby Harrell. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
