She was predeceased by: her mother Ethel Pilgrim; her husband J. D. Brown; her daughter Diane Binford; and her siblings, Marvin Pilgrim, Ruby Hall and Lilly Faye Foster.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Brown (Faith) of Daingerfield, Sharon Brown Conway of Daingerfield, Steve K. Brown (Carla) of Daingerfield and Keith Rainwater (Anna) of Daingerfield; her grandchildren, Robert Dickson (Tabitha) of Pittsburg, Ross Dickson of Daingerfield, Brandy Freeman (Wayne) of Lumberton, Jared Brown (Jennifer) of Carthage, Eric W. Rainwater (Lisa) of Goodrich, Jimmie L. Valderez of Goodrich, Philip K. Brown (Melissa) of Houston, Aleena A. Rambo (Cory) of Orange, Skylar K. Brown (Nicole) of Orange, Leslie A. Menard (Zachary) of Orange, Chavonne Riley of Orange and Jessica Riley of Orange; and her sisters, Virgina Miller of Daingerfield, Mary Wallace of Hughes Springs and Marie Hayes of Sulphur Springs. She is also survived by 31 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
