He is survived by: his parents, Jaqueline Jacobs of Daingerfield and Eddie Lee Jacobs of Omaha; his brothers, David Jacobs of Daingerfield and Austin Smouse of Nerwport, OR.; and his caregivers, Laura, Shandra and Suzannah.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Horn-Nail-Haggard Funeral Home (400 Webb St, Daingerfield, TX 75638). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
