He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lawson of Lone Star, TX; his stepchildren, Kiley Shaffer (John Shaffer) of Ore City, TX, Jessica James of Longview, TX and Dustin James (Jessie James) of Colleyville, TX; his grandchildren, Seth, Natalie, Kaleb Shaffer, Ayden James, Emerson and Alexa James; his niece Tracy Green of Maumelle, AR.; his nephew Russell Hazelwood (Ruth Hazelwood) of Fordyse, AR.; his great-niece Julia Green of Maumelle, AR; and his great-nephew Lawson Green (McKinley) of Maumelle, AR..
