He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Woodland and Fern Woodland; his son-in-law Ric Haughton; and his grandson Leo Logan Schwartz. He is survived by: his wife Sara Brooks Woodland; his daughters, Monetta (Steve Schwartz) and Vanessa Haughton of Austin, Texas; his granddaughters, Kelsey Lee and Stella Eve Schwartz; his sister Pat; and his brother-in-law Eddie Davis of Waxahachie.
