He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Bradley and Juanita Fulfer; and his former wife Peggy. He is survived by: his wife Ann Fulfer of Daingerfield; his children, Elaine Gately (Kadell), Janet Dougherty (Mike), Denise Koleszar (Tim) and Kent (Theresa Fulfer); his stepchildren, Andy, Lisa Ingram of Hughes Springs, Paul, Denise Ingram of Lone Star, Renee and Gary Zwiernick of Avoca, MI; his sister Winema Adams of Plainview; and also, House, Toys, Tots and Wounded Warrior. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.

“I served with Colonel Fulfer while stationed in Germany in the late 80’s early nineties. Colonel Fulfer was an incredible leader; had a presence that commanded respect but he had the humility to really leave an impact on me as a young lieutenant. I really enjoyed talking to him and soaking in his knowledge and advise. I was a better officer having him as a mentor. Rest in peace Sir, you certainly deserve it.”
