He is survived by: his wife Janet Meredith of Jenkins; his children, Lacey Smith of Texarkana, Courtney Smith of Jenkins, Darin Meredith of Alpena, MI, D. J. Meredith of Jenkins and Thomas Green (Amber) of Jenkins; and his siblings, Rodger Meredith of Conroe, Yvonne Milks of Hot Springs, AR and Tamara Brown (Randy) of Hot Springs, AR.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
