He is survived by: his mother Rose Mary Bolling Rice of Longview; his wife Sherry Lynn Ivins Rice of Daingerfield; his children, Travis Dean Rice (Melissa) of Gilmer, Trent Rice of Diana and Whitney Camille Rice Oney (Keith) of Mt. Pleasant; his daughter-in-law Haley Rice of Longview; his siblings, Tammy McWilliams of Longview and Dewayne Rice of Brock; his grandchildren, Olivia Rice of Gilmer, Aiden, Avery Oney of Mt. Pleasant, Camille Lynn and Carter Dean Rice of Diana; his mother-in-law Nina Ivins of Crockett; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Ivins (Betty) of Crockett and Gary Ivins (Janie) of Crockett. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews and 12 great nieces and nephews.
