He is survived by: his wife Sue Griffis-Blassingame; his grandchildren, Bo Blassingame (Becky), Steven Blassingame (Harleigh), Rikki Blassingame Hirshman (Brian) and Kyla Blassingame (Haley); his stepchildren, Donna Griffis Hager, Nancy Griffis Petty, Danny Griffis, Mike Griffis and Robert Griffis; and his daughter-in-law Ivanna Blassingame. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
