He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Johnson and Laura Johnson; and his daughter Melissa Ann Johns. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Knight of Rocky Branch; his daughters, Pam Hall (Don) and Sheila Koudelka (Keith); his grandchildren, Cody Hall (Katie), Payton Hall (Hannah), Miranda Born (Jeremiah) and Jace Koudelka; and his great grandchildren, Malorie, Tate, Paisley, Otto and Saylor.
