He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Smith; his children, Jefrey Smith, Jill (Dean Myers), Robert Myers, Gabrielle Fass and James Fass; and his grandchildren, Amber (Christopher) of Kennedie, CJ, Nathan, Delanee, Evan, Dylan and Avery. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members.
