She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Ulysses and Ethel Mae Adcox; and her siblings, Jean Johnston, Loretta Pourteau, Ruth West, Noasha Nelson and Tommy Adcox.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Lewis of Daingerfield; her children, Kimberly Lewis of Daingerfield and Brad Lewis (Jennifer) of Azle; her sister Shirley Freudenthal of Gilbert, AZ.; and her grandchildren, Cole and Chloe Lewis of Azle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, Family will receive friends.
