He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Madison Smoak and Lissie Estella Sewell Smoak; and his brother Andrew Smoak. He is survived by: his wife Irene Rhoads Smoak; his sons, Malcolm Smoak (Janice) of Benton, Randal Smoak (Sandie) of Dixie, Richard Smoak (Pamela), Missionaries, Tanzania and Africa; his grandchildren, Bradley Smoak, Brandon Smoak (HannahBeth), Victoria Smoak, Julianne Smoak Moll (Caleb), Rose Smoak and Gordon Smoak (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Virginia, Thomas and Charlotte.
