He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie E. Horak Sr. and Lydia Quebe Horak; his sister Delores Bauer Stark; and his niece Patricia Bauer Workman. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Marie Schaefer; his sons, Timothy Horak and Mark Horak; his brother Valgene; his sister-in-law Linda Horak; and his grandchild Chandler Horak. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
