He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest W. Johnson and Margit E. Johnson; and his sister Linda M. Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Peggy K. Johnson; his brother Robert W. Johnson (Sandy); his children, Eric Johnson, Stephen Johnson and Suzanne Williams (Tom); and his grandchildren, Adriana Johnson, Ryon Mefford, Luc Mefford, Tyler Johnson, Ashley Johnson, Kai Krogman (Lauren), Carson Krogman, Chris Williams and John Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of customary remembrances, Tom requested donations be made to: M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
