He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney Albert Sinclair and Ernestina Ibañez; and his siblings, Luis Arturo Lumpris and Virginia Luisa Linton. He is survived by: his wife Norma Helena Sinclair; his children, Marcia Del Carmen Sinclair, Duane Eric Sinclair and Mark Owen Sinclair (Gabriela Ortega Sinclair); his grandchildren, Gabriela Christiane Sinclair, Marcos Gabriel Sinclair, Sofia Madalyn Sinclair, Cristian Marco Sinclair and Lilliana Zoe Sinclair; his siblings, Marjorie Laurine Waldron, Arline Dosman, Aurelio Vicente Anderson and Orlando Lorenzo Anderson; and his son Nhut Air Force Base. He is also survived by many cousins, relatives, and friends.
