It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shelly Garner of Cypress, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on August 27, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her adoptive father Larry Starnes; her father Larry; her husband Christopher H. Garner; her stepson Nickolas H. Garner (Maggie); her children, Caroline and Henry of Houston, TX; her stepdaughter Pamela H. Garner of Austin, TX; her brother David L. Starnes (Laura); her nephew David M. Starnes (Emily) of San Antonio, TX; her nieces, Samantha S. McInnis (Matt) of San Antonio, TX and Katie Starnes-McDonnell (Ryan) of San Antonio, TX; and her siblings-in-law, David N. Garner of Huntington, NY and Jean W. Garner of Prague, CZ..
