He was predeceased by: his mother Margarita Ayala. He is survived by: his wife Blanca Ayala; his children, Hosea, Douglas, Ricardo Ayala, Edith Alkassab (Mohammad), Eunice and Jenny Ayala; and his siblings, Enoc Contreras, Oseas Ayala, Milagros Ayala and Ilzia Ayala. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren as well as other loving family members and friends.
