He is survived by: his wife Judith Sheehan Parks; his children, Monte Parks (Pam), Renae Tice, Mindy Coleman (Bobby), Lance Parks and Erin Avera (Rob); his great grandchildren, Rita Parks, Shane Parks (Tawna), Dixie Parks, Josh Tice, Kellum Tice (Natalie), Matt Tice (Sandra), Russell Coleman, Leighanne Brands (Ray), Jarrett Coleman (Jessica), Eden Avera, Emery Avera, Eric Rivera, Annjolee Rivera, Elesia Rivera, Amelia Rivera, Chad Parks, Alhy Morales, Isabel Tice, Jacob Tice, Michael Tice, Cannon Parks and Beckett Parks; his dears, Terry Sutton and Herbert Grant; his friends, George Grady and Gary Cox; and his niece Linda Green (Marshall).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM. A rosary will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Klein Funeral Home - Tomball (1400 W Main St, Tomball, TX 77375). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Anne Catholic Church (1111 S Cherry St, Tomball, TX 77375). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Houston National Cemetery (10410 Veterans Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77038).
