It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Lee Tooke in Cypress, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Coons and Olivia Mehkram Coons; and her sister Linda Hogan. She is survived by: her husband Michael Dean Tooke; her son Chad Beck (Ashley); her stepsons, Chris Tooke (Julie) and Corey Tooke; her grandchildren, Parker, Henry Beck, Nadia and Cooper Tooke; and her brother Robert Coons. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
