We bid farewell to Lucy Verret of Cypress, Texas, born in Sulphur, Louisiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 7, 2024 at the age of 83. Lucy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Lucy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lucy farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her son Dannen Verret; and her parents, George LeBlanc and Ada LeBlanc-Duhon. She is survived by: her husband Malcolm Verret Jr. (Mickey); her daughter Paige Frank (Stephen); and her grandchildren, Thomas Frank, Jacob Frank and Kinley Frank.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:20 AM at the Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church (11507 Huffmeister Rd, Houston, TX 77065). A Mass was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the Klein Memorial Park - CyFair (14711 Cypress North Houston Rd, Cypress, TX 77429).
