He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence F. Rollins and Bertha Rollins; his brother Joe Kubicek; his children, Sheila Dillard (Ken), Sherry Smith (Steven), Mary Andrus (Michael), Heather Ferguson (Wayne), Michael Sims (Sheryl Gibbs), Craig Sims (Deborah) and Michelle Pizzi-Adams (Justin); his grandchildren, Cash, Taylor, Emily, Pierce, Pryce, Ashlyn, Lauren, Brielle, Brennan, Sarah, Allison, Lance, Drew, Kyler and Amy; his sister-in-law Norma Kubicek; and his mother-in-law Margaret Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rollins of Cypress, Texas; and his sister Mona Kay Wells (late Charles) of Hallettsville, Texas.
