We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2023, at the age of 85, June Sawyer of Cypress, Texas, born in Hockley, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louise Thompson and Carl Harrison; her husband Don Sawyer; her children, Stephanie Sawyer, Chuck Sawyer (Tamala) and L'Don Sawyer (Cary Cohen); her grandson Chris Sawyer (Astrid Azpeitia); her great grandchild Ethan Sawyer; her stepgranddaughters, Faith, Hope and Grace Cory; her stepgreat-granddaughter Maria Azpetia; her cousin Clifford Purvis; and her sisters, Shirley Anawaty and Martha Harrison. She was also cherished by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, church friends, and neighbors.
