She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Cook. She is survived by: her sister Lena Queen; her children, Walter J. Ware (Margie), Cheryl Morris and Judy Kay Carter (Paul); her grandchildren, Scott Lindsey, Angela Arnett (T. J.), Alisa Ware, Dustin Carter (Rachel), Stacey Thayer (Evan) and Stephanie Kostic (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Cameron Garton, Sabrina Swilley, Isaiah, Garrett, Emma Arnett, Shelby, Dylan Carter, Rylee Kostic, Kyleigh Herzog, Annie Thayer and James Thayer; and her great great grandchildren, Rowan and Nikola.
