She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Baker and E. G. "Bake" Baker of Ponca City; her daughter Cindy Tate Sunderland; and her great grandchild Sara Griffith. She is survived by: her husband Charles Tate; and her daughters, Debbie Lavergne and Debra Tate Griffith. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
