She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Allen and Lilly Allen; and her siblings, Robert Allen, Freddie Goins and Gloria Lambright.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debra White of Cypress, TX and Kelli Moses of Zavalla, TX; her grandchildren, Donnie Faske (Susan), Kathy Hieden, Gus Hieden, Jr., Loretta Hieden, Frank Hieden (Jessica), Stacy O'Brien, Lee Vi Moses (Beth) and Lilly Hieden; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Madyson, Shea, Shelby, Shaunna, Kassi, Nicholas, Valentina, Frank, Jr., Bailey, Reilly, Jo Lee, Luke and Alex. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Joy was a lifetime member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary and donated her time for whatever was needed.
