He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Ralph Haehn. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Haehn; his wife Linlin Liu; his stepson Brian Li (Audrey Zhao); his grandson Ethan Li; and his brothers, Matthew (Susan), Jeffrey (Debra), Christopher (Melissa) and Aaron (Bonnie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to be made in Joseph's honor to his favorite Houston local radio station KPFT 90.1.
