He was predeceased by: his parents, Lea Phillips and Tressie Staggs; and his sister Dolores Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Lowayne Holt, Maxine Daniel, Lenora Kay, Lea Roach, Evelyn Rutledge, Susan Bromlow, Brenda Garrett and James Ellis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
