He is survived by: his children, John Benjamin Abalos (Joann) and Christina Abalos; his grandchildren, Erik Abalos, Julian Callahan, Kristi Abalos-Ortega (Elvin Ortega) and Leslie Callahan-Sawyer (January Sawyer); and his sister Margaret Abalos.
