He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Turner and Cleo Turner (Bowline); his brothers, Don and Jerry Turner; his former wife Virginia Turner; his son-in-law Ken Rhine; and his grandson Bryan Siebe.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Turner (Schmidt) of Cypress; his brother Bobby Turner of Tracy City; his children, Scott Turner (Lorie) of Altus, Tina Rhine of Clovis and Steve Turner (Jackie) of Carmichael; his stepchildren, Kent Goodreau of Galt, Dr. Janet Goebel (Ronald Ali) of Indiana and Marta Jorgensen of Cotati; and his close friend Scarlett O'Hairy. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
