It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gilbert L. McCain (Cypress, Texas), born in Slaton, Texas, who passed away on December 10, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Lanier McCain and Lora DaOnne McCain (Middleton); his wife Julia; his daughter Cathy M. Breeden (Ray); his grandsons, Ethan, Garrett and Tanner Breeden; his son David H. McCain (Robin); and his granddaughters, Zora and Emma McCain.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the music programs at Rosehill United Methodist Church, 21022 Rosehill-Church Road, Tomball, Texas.
