He is survived by: his parents, Walter Salazar and Juanita Salazar; his children, Dylan Salazar, Taylor Salazar and Ethan Salazar; and his siblings, Tony Salazar and Misty Mussett. He is also survived by his 3 nieces and 2 nephews.
