He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnie Malinowski and Ann Lee Malinowski (Meleski); his brother-in-law Albert Hensley of Oregon; his former wife Helen Malinowski; his brothers, William "Bill" Malinowski and Michael; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Malinowski; his parents-in-law, Lloyd, Lucille Hensley, Frank and Lillian Dean; his stepdaughter Cindy Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Jim, Barbara Green, Wilburn, Laura Hensley and Fran Hensley.
He is survived by: his sons, Darrell (Lisa Malinowski) of Cypress and Brian (Kelly Malinowski) of Cypress; his wife Brenda Smith; his son Scott Malinowski of San Jose, California.; his stepdaughters, Sandra Taylor and Brigitte Smith of Houston, Texas.; his grandchildren, Emilee (Cooper Morey), Evan (Amber Malinowski), Ethan Malinowski, Lauren Birdsong (Alan) of Cypress, Meghan Malinowski of Houston, Preston and Rhett Taylor of Houston, Texas.; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Hayes and Beckett Cade Morey; and his siblings, Monsignor John Malinowski of Bryan, Evelyn Williams of Chappell Hill, Alvin Malinowski (Virginia) of Chappell Hill and Henry (Nina Dean). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Stanislaus Catholic Church or to Hospice Brazos Valley.
